I have a notebook with me at all times. I’m constantly writing down ideas (because there’s a good chance I might forget them otherwise), making lists, and writing reminders to myself. And my family has come to depend on the fact that I always have paper with me.

I have books everywhere…upstairs, downstairs, and in the car (hey, I have to have something to do when I’m sitting in the carpool line, waiting for the kids to finish up football practice, etc.).

I think I write things down so I'll remember them. That's what my third grade teacher taught me to do! :D

Well, I am always making lists. They can be helpful but sometimes just writing something down is cathartic for me. Like, griefs of whines, writing them down allows me to let them go. Make sense?
