The Official Blurb for Portrait of Seduction
So I just finished submitting my cover art sheet (no Donna, no cover yet) and my book information form. Now I have a blurb that I can share with you and you can share with your sister and your momma and your Aunt Bessy, if you wanna.
Anywho, here it is. Portrait of Seduction by Madison Chase, a Halloween Night release from Cobblestone Press (October 2006)
Four hundred years ago vampire Carter Vaggio was sentenced to 1000 days in the sunlight. He burned repeatedly but didn’t die.
Now he’s a famous artist, hired to paint heiress Victoria Aragon’s portrait. When he meets her she is a balm for his soul. But she’s been lead to believe that witches and vampires are myths. This Halloween everything will change.
She’s intent on seduction. He just wants to win her heart. But what will happen when she finds out that ghosts, witches, werewolves, and shape shifters are “alive” and well in Manhattan? And that she just slept with a vampire…
Now, I submitted my cover art sheet, like I mentioned. This is where you get to describe your hero in juicy detail. And your heroine for that matter, and you just wish you had her thighs… or in my case, the Valentino gown she’s wearing in Chapter One. You also have the option of sending pictures to help “describe” your characters.
Now, the title of my book is PORTRAIT of SEDUCTION (those words are key *wink*) so here’s the one that I submitted:

LOL! I’m so glad you all like it. It is pretty yummy, isn’t it? Well, I’m waiting on the real cover… and waiting… excitedly waiting…
