Raise your hand if you love Tarts? You know, those yummy little tarts of wax that you melt over a flame and then your whole house smells yummy… or ready to eat. 
I love ‘em! This week’s tart at my house is Red Apple Wreath. It’s making me hungry…and longing for cooler weather, apple pies, and autumn decorations.
